These check-ins allow for adjustments to training and nutrition based on real results, keeping everything optimized for success. Plus, I’ll be available through in-app messaging or direct messages for any questions, guidance, or motivation needed along the way. With consistent support and real-time feedback, clients stay accountable, focused, and always moving forward toward their goals.

I hold a Master of Science in Exercise and am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and a veteran, I bring discipline, resilience, and a no-nonsense approach to training. Having competed in BJJ, weightlifting, and strongman competitions, I understand what it takes to push past limits and achieve peak performance.
